As part of our ongoing efforts to respond to our fans quickly and effectively, Fallen Earth is expanding our customer service platform. As a part of this process, we are happy to welcome Tiggs as our new Community Director. Some of you may recognize her handle from other popular game titles, and we are excited to add yet another experienced staff to our ranks. Joining Moonshadow, our Community Manager, Tiggs will work to provide information and assistance to forum users as well as guiding a team of knowledgeable representatives to address questions regarding issues including game play, account information and bug reporting. As we work toward our launch date, we look forward to being able to provide you with effective solutions through our expanding customer service options.
