I haven't heard about this from anywhere else. From not being listed at all a few days ago to being 'quarter' specific... well...either it is just an estimate from them, a mistake or an 'oopsie' releasing info too soon. However, it is fairly specific in mentioning the 2nd quarter of 2009... leaving just Feb, Mar, Apr, May and June to release which seems too soon. Most of the other games list a generic 2009 as the estimate.
I fear a world where people treat each other as nastily as they do on Internet forums. Because let's face it, few people would have the spicy habeneros to talk the smack they do if they face a backhand for their effort.

I noticed that as well. Personally I think it is an error. That is no time frame that could logically be kept. If any time frame can be. I am sure it would only take someone official to send them notice.
More then likely a guess from someone who is testing the game talked to a person on mmorpg.com and gave a guessed time. Would be a mistake to release it this soon.
Corrupt and swarmed with people voting up certain games? Yes. But without MMORPG.com I wouldn't have come across Fallen Earth. So I still give it a +1.
