Greetings Wastelanders!

For those of you having issues with the item keys from Steam, we are happy to let you know that the problem has been resolved! The fix is retroactive and will require no changes on your part.

Please follow these steps to claim your Steam shirt:

1.If you are already logged in to Steam, please shut down the steam client completely and restart Steam.
2.If you are not logged in to Steam, run the Steam client.
3.Launch Fallen Earth via Steam.
4.In the chat window type /Key
5.Press Shift+Tab (this will open the Steam Product Key / DLC key window)
6.Copy the DLC key from the Steam Window.
7.Enter the twelve-digit alphanumeric DLC key (Steam) in the KEY window in Fallen Earth exactly as it appears on Steam.
NOTE: **DO NOT ENTER THE KEY IN THE CHAT WINDOW**
