This past weekend, a friend of mine and I decided to test out Fallen Earth - at his place, we used his two PCs, downloaded and patched with no issues. The trial was fun, and I was excited to take it home on my mac, considering the beta that had just come out, however, I seem to be having problems with the "installation." - I've downloaded the Beta file from the user section and the new patch released out on the forums, but I keep getting the same issue: I click the "Fallen Earth" Icon, and nothing happens. Really, just, nothing. No window pops up. The application jumps once and that's it. It never starts.
According to the "How do I install FAQ", it simply states to download, move to the applications folder and I'm set. I'm convinced that's not the case. At least not the whole case.
Anyone care to fill me in on the big gap I'm missing? Thanks!
Update - Just found something strange. When I click the updated Fallen Earth application, it creates a link to the fallen earth folder in the fallen earth folder.
