View Full Version : Can't create a subscription - option missing

So I can't create a subscription. There's no option to create any subscription and I have none active. I have added a credit card and it was accepted, but wasn't asked for a subscription. My game keys are entered and inactive, so I can't re-enter them.

Here's how my account looks:

As you can see I entered my pre-order key on 29th of august. I remember I was asked about a subscription, but since it was still a beta, I just clicked through it (I think I chose PayPal) and forget about the deal.

Now you all keep talking about changing your subscription. Whenever I click the "subscribe" sign, it takes me to the Subscription page, which seems lacking an option for creating/changing a subscription... So....how are you able to do it? Is my account missing something or am I just blind?

Add your Fallen Earth Product Key in the box on the bottom, the one you got when you preordered, you are showing 2 inactive keys and no active keys

Guys, thanks for replies, but seems you didn't really read my post.


Clicking the "Subscribe" link takes me to the Subscription page and does nothing else.

One of the inactive keys is my pre-order key - as the page says... Thus I can't re-enter it, as I keep getting "You have already used this key." message.

I did read it and I did understand what you were saying, another person has the same problem you need to bug it if you already used the key at support@fallenearth.com

Sounds like we got the same problem.
Our pre-order key should not be inactive.

I couldn't find any other posts regarding this issue. Are we the chosen few?

I'm mailing it to the support and I'll post an update when I get some feedback.
